Teaching buttercream flowers and sharing my techniques online has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

Over the years I’ve received so many lovely messages from students and members of my Facebook community. Some are comments left under posts, some are messages sent privately after completing a tutorial.

I’ve saved many of them here because they truly mean the world to me. Reading these kind words reminds me why I love teaching so much and sharing the joy of creating buttercream flowers.

Nicola, I have just spent nearly 2 hours looking at your website and the piping tutorial videos. In the last few months I have brought several bundles of learning modules from other companies. I’m about 6 months into learning this skill. The website is so easy to navigate. Your creations are absolutely gorgeous. I love the members pdf downloads on recipes and supply sources (so helpful). Nicola’s videos and her style of teaching is excellent. She explains everything so well, doesn’t over complicate anything. Loved how you ate one of the cupcakes at the end of one 😂 The amount of flower videos content (ranging from easy beginner to advanced) is astonishing for the price. Great value. I loved the Christmas bouquet video in particular. I am going to replicate and sell these as part of my Christmas products. Going to have a go piping this stunning Cosmos flower. 😊

I would definitely recommend the tutorials. Lots of flowers on there to try. X

A year ago today I attended a cupcake workshop run by Nicola Jane Cupcake Bouquets. I had no idea what I was doing but loved every minute! This was my first attempt and seeing this today come up in my memories made me realise how far I’ve come. Thank you Nicola for giving me this inspiration to start my own journey…

First attempt with creating this Christmas Bouquet. Thank you Nicola Jane Cupcakes for your amazing video tutorials. Well worth the money if you are looking to learn floral piping. I love your simple designs Nicola of Pine Fir, berry clusters, buds and mini roses. Had a go with the pine cone, needs more practice.

I’m really enjoying learning floral piping from Nicola Jane Cupcake Bouquets website subscription. Her video tutorials are created in a way that you can work up from beginner to advanced flower by flower. You never miss a new tutorial because she links you via FB. My piece of happiness at the moment (amidst the chaos of my family with young kids) is sitting in bed early morning with a nice cup of tea and watching a lesson from Nicola’s website. The creator of this group does tutorials Nicola Jane Cupcake Bouquets. I do them and can highly recommend, she has a lovely relaxed easy to follow style and explains everything. Perfect for beginners. She also shares her recipes and has tutorials for the wrapping aswell 😊

I’ve been thinking ahead to what I can offer at Christmas from my new little business. Today I have started practising a few flowers for Christmas bouquets. A lot of work to do but I’m pleased with a first go. I really would not have known where to start without Nicola’s fabulous tutorials. They are so clear and well explained. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to improve their piping skills!
